When you visit the website, we collect personal data about your website use such as the IP address and pages visited to facilitate your use of the website and improve our offer. This data protection declaration tells you how data are collected and the purposes for which they are used.
 
We collect your contact information, such as names and addresses, if this helps to enable your enquiry to be handled correctly, e.g. if you order information material, register for the newsletter or complete the contact or inquiry form.
 
If you sign a contract with us to make use of one of the services that we offer, we will collect further personal data about you. Those data and the purpose of use will always be notified to you regarding the specific service.

Visiting the website

When our website is visited, personal data are not necessarily stored – e.g. IP address, date and time of the enquiry, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/ HTTPS-status code, quantity of data transferred in each case, website from which the request originates, browser, operating system and its interface, language and browser software release. These data may permit identification – however Institut Montana Zugerberg makes no personal use of website visits. To continuously improve our website, we do evaluate our website logfiles for statistical purposes, but the individual visitor remains anonymous in this connection.

This website uses a Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Your IP address must be stored to use the Google Maps function. This information is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA where it will be stored. Institut Montana Zugerberg has no influence on such data transfer.

Disclosure of personal data
