Amidst the slightly gloomy weather, we had a successful Summer Choir Concert in Zug.
This year's show took place on Saturday, June 22, in Burgbachsaal, only a short walk from the main station of Zug. It was attended by our community of students, families, teachers, staff members, and several invited guests.
The show started at 18:30 with our Choir and Band performing "Count on Me" by Bruno Mars, followed by an opening speech from our school principal, Ms. Franziska Welti. The Choir and Band then performed "You Will Be Found" by Pasek and Paul.
Throughout the show, we were impressed by performances from our Schülerband Offtune (Justine, Ambika, Shivan, Leonardo, Michael, Archith), DraMONTANActing (Editte, Faizi), and the ZugerBerg-Singers, who also showcased tracks from their summer musical, The Lion King (König der Löwen), on Friday, June 28, the last day before our school holiday.
The audience was captivated by popular tracks from The Phantom of the Opera, such as "The Overture," "Think of Me," and "All I Ask of You." The concert concluded with our students delivering our iconic Montana song, "My Place to Grow," wrapping up the evening on a high note.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported this event and contributed to its success!
